Often we can understand our problems, we know what we should do, or maybe even how to do it, but something holds us back. This is because our bodies remember. We often store emotions, memories, beliefs and trauma on a subconscious level and it is that which holds us back.
Safety and efficacy is at the forefront of my work and it's why I'm so passionate about EFT. You are able to go as deep as you feel comfortable or are ready for and with guidance you'll be held and supported throughout the process.
This enables you to take the maximum benefit from your sessions and work towards a calmer, clearer and less triggered state of being.

Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT is a combination of psychotherapy and acupressure.
Also referred to as 'tapping' as it uses the physical act of stimulating acupressure points at the same time as combining elements of exposure and cognitive therapy. A true mind-body approach that has ever increasing evidence proving that it can change brain activity very rapidly.
It helps clients to 'tap into' an experience or issue in order to gain clarity and resolution. Aiming to clear negative emotions, feelings or energy from the body. This supports making physical or emotional changes, shifting limiting beliefs, resolving past trauma to gain relief, relaxation and promote healing.
You can use EFT for a range of issues and the method can be done on your own or with the guidance of a practitioner. This brief, self-applied stress reduction technique has been proven in effectiveness for a wide range of issues including Anxiety, Low mood, Fears, Phobias, Pain, Stress, Traumatic memories, Guilt and more.
EFT can also be highly effective alongside Eating Disorder and Disordered Eating recovery.
